1- When Will My Order Ship?
Shipping information is updated 5 days after order confirmation :
- Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 working days of purchase.

2- How Long Does Shipping Take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Average shipping time is about 8 to 22 days for (USA,UK,FR, EUR) and 15 to 35 days for (CAN, AUS) and 3 to 5 weeks for the rest of the world.
3- My order has not arrived yet, is it normal?
Delivery takes about 1 to 3 - 4 weeks. If you placed your order less than a week ago, just be patient, your item is on the way.
If you have not received your item within 5 weeks then you are refunded and you keep the item when you receive it, without delay or additional procedure.
4- Why is the delivery so long?
